  • Permitted Use – The platform is to be used solely for managing business operations and client relationships; unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Intellectual Property – All software, content, and documentation in Voom CRM remain the property of Voom Company Ltd.

  • Service Availability – Voom CRM strives for continuous uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice.

  • User Responsibilities – Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for compliance with applicable laws while using the platform.

  • Limitation of Liability – Voom Company Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the CRM.

  • Termination – Voom Company Ltd. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for non-payment of subscription fees.

  • Amendments – Voom CRM Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

  • Governing Law – These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
